How to Apply — 4 Simple Steps

Enrolling your child at Gems International School is simple and straightforward. Follow the steps below or fill in the form to get started.

    Submit Inquiry / Application Form

    Fill in the online inquiry form on this page, visit our school office, or call our admissions team. We will confirm your application within 24 hours.

    Campus Visit & Interaction

    Visit our campus to meet the Principal, see the facilities and attend a brief interaction session. This helps us understand your child's needs and learning style.

    Document Submission

    Submit the required documents (listed below) to the admissions office. Our team will verify and process them promptly.

    Fee Payment & Confirmation

    Complete the fee payment to confirm your child's seat. You will receive a welcome letter, school diary, timetable and uniform details.

⏰ Admission Season: Applications are accepted from January to June each year for the following academic session. Early applicants get priority seat allocation. Do not wait — seats fill quickly.

FAQ

Admission FAQs

When does the admission process start?+
Admissions for the 2026–27 academic session are currently open. The process runs from January to June. We strongly recommend applying early as seats fill quickly, especially for Nursery and Class 1.
Is there an entrance test for admission?+
There is no entrance test for Nursery, KG or Class 1 — admission is based purely on age eligibility and seat availability. It's a simple, stress-free process.
What is the age criteria for Nursery admission?+
The child should be at least 3 years old as of 31st March of the admission year for Nursery. For KG, the minimum age is 4 years, and for Class 1, the minimum age is 5 years.
Can I transfer my child mid-year from another school?+
Yes, mid-session transfers are considered subject to seat availability. A Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school, along with the latest mark sheet and character certificate, are required.
Is the school residential (boarding) or day school?+
Gems International School, Barmer is a day school. Transport facility is not available. Boarding facility is also not available currently.
How do I book a campus tour before applying?+
You can book a campus visit by calling our admissions office at +91 88529 93098 or by filling the contact form on our Contact page. Tours are available Monday to Sunday between 8 AM and 12 PM.
